BALIZ Inc. is an independant company. Luc Vaillancourt, its President and CEO is the unique owner.

BALIZ Inc. (or one of its officers/employees ) has membership to:

Commercial Partners
It is important to note that BALIZ (via its consulting arm, BALIZ Conseil) has no commercial agreement with any companies concerning products, services or solutions reselling. BALIZ does not receive any commissions for identifying or recommending a product or a service to its clients.

BALIZ entertains honest professional relationships with industry players but its advices and interventions with the clients are not influenced or biaised by any commercial agreement.

BALIZ Inc. is the publisher of the only French, independent and online magazine www.BALIZ-MEDIA.com.

Punctual agreements can occur between BALIZ Inc. and industry players (companies,associations, groups, etc.), allowing BALIZ-MEDIA.com to be a “Media Partner” during events such as a symposium, a congress, an exhibition or any other type of events. This partnership has for only goal an exchange of visibility for both parties, specially during the event (for BALIZ-MEDIA.com) and on the Web portal (for the company).

BALIZ-MEDIA.com has to finance its existence and activities through selling of advertizing spaces on its Web portal or weekly newsletter. In that particular case, BALIZ-MEDIA.com positions itself as a service (advertizing) provider for industry players.
